Best Chilled Pear Salad


1 large Lemon Jello
2 cups Boiling Water
20oz can Pears*
8oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Pecans
1/2 pint Whipping Cream

Directions: In clean dry bowl whip cream until firm peaks form, set aside.  In blender, add boiling water, Jello (left Jello dissolve), Cream Cheese, Pear Juice and blend on low speed until incorporated.  Pour mixture in a bowl, gradually and gently fold Whipped Cream, pecans and sliced pears into mixture. Chill 8 hours or until mixture sets.  Toss gently with spoon before serving.  

*If anyone finds a way to utilize fresh pears, please share.
